Our new agents have consistently gone under contract within just two months of joining the team, and we have seen agents previously working on their own increase their annual transaction numbers from 3-5 to 30 with our provided hot transfers, systems and guidance.In this role, you will be an intermediary between buyers and sellers, negotiating purchase agreements and contracts. You will also prepare market analyses to determine property value and educate clients on basic real estate procedures. Required / Preferred Skills

Must have a valid Real Estate License

2 years of Real Estate Experience preferred

Desire and ability to work full-time in real estate

Excellent communication and social skills

Show good organizational and time management skills

Past sales experience is preferred

Experience using CRMs
